The goal: You want an RSS feed of your recent movie reviews (or someone else's) in Flixster. This could be handy to post to your blog, Facebook page, Twitter feed, or anywhere that can take input from an RSS feed.

The problem: Flixster doesn't provide an RSS feed, keeping you locked in.

The solution: Although Flixster doesn't provide an RSS feed, it does provide a widget that shows recent reviews. Behind the widget is an XML file with all the information you need to build a feed. Yahoo! Pipes provides the tools to turn the XML into a feed.
